Excellent service, extremely friendly and excellent staff. Large rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and wake-up service. Good-sized bathroom with bathtubs. The pool area is nice too.

I definitely recommend this place. The hotel was wonderful and very clean. The location is great, with an in-house restaurant, Saranello's, serving delicious food. It's also located near a charming suburb.

We were there for 1 night, overall had a very enjoyable stay. The room was beautifully maintained with breathtaking view. The location was quiet for exploring this fairly nice area, next to resturant, a park which very nice to walk, and in house restaurant. Had tea and goodies at Starbucks, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

The room seemed very small.

The rooms are new-fashioned and cheap, and are complete with 16 floors and king size bed, for instance. The staff is affable, the breakfast is absolutely superb.

It was fine stay, I truly enjoyed good food.

Location: the hotel was short walk to a store, Starbucks, and in house restaurant Saranello's which has delicious food. The room I stayed in was well-maintained with wonderful beds and nice views, for instance.

The staff here were very attentive and the breakfast selection was fantastic.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Lake Forest for a traumatic funeral and The Westin was a welcome oasis. Despite the property being full of dogs due to a grooming conference, the staff was proactive in accommodating my preference for a dog-free room. The corner room layout provided excellent noise abatement. The friendly staff and beautifully cleaned rooms made it one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at, especially considering the great price. I didn't want to leave and would definitely go back.
